  • We currently ship to domestic and selected international destinations.
  • International availability may vary depending on product type, destination country, and carrier restrictions.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • Orders are shipped using trusted third-party carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or equivalent regional couriers.
  • Shipping method and carrier are selected at checkout or determined based on destination and package size.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Domestic Shipping: 3–10 business days after dispatch
  • International Shipping: 7–25 business days after dispatch

Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
  • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.
  • YesPrime LLC is not liable for lost packages caused by incorrect address details.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • YesPrime LLC is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
  • If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
  • Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be modified or canceled once processing or shipping has begun.

Force Majeure

YesPrime LLC is not responsible for shipping delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, customs delays, or carrier disruptions.
